• Delivery Time — For a small volume of supply we guarantee a delivery period of 30-45 days. For a sufficiently significant volume — 45-60 days. The definition of "small" and "significant" volumes are discussed individually for each order.
• Logistics and Support — During the whole period of delivery we provide technical, logistic and consulting support. We guarantee that the ordered equipment will not be lost and will be delivered to you in time and without any delays.
• Warehouse — As a rule, we have all the necessary components in stock to pre-produce the ordered elements.
• Costs — The cost is calculated individually for each order and is determined by various criteria, including the current competitive environment.
• Shipment Terms — We would like to see an advance payment from customers to ensure the start of production, as well as a drawing and specification agreed with the customer. Shipment is made after receipt of final payment. These are the basic conditions. Other conditions are discussed during the contracting process.
• Warranties — we offer a five-year warranty on our products.
